Here at Stoney Peak Pet Lodge we run under the same system as a motel. In the event that your pet stays past 10am you will be billed for another nights stay. Below is an example.

We accept both cash and EFTPOS payments and internet banking prior to or upon your pets arrival.
In order to not disrupt those pets that are staying with us we ask that you pick up and drop off your own pets either between 8 – 10AM or 4 – 6PM. Strictly no drop offs or pickups are to take place outside of these hours.
We require a 25% deposit to secure your booking. It becomes non-refundable two weeks prior to your arrival date. During the Christmas/New Year period we require a minimum stay of 10 days, as this is our peak period.
There is a daily surcharge of $8 per dog/$5 per cat, per day on public holidays.
Pets are fed exclusively on Royal Canin, we also offer a raw food diet if required.
Please bring up to date vaccination books with you on check in.
