Pricing update: Due to increases in food costs, some of our services have seen a price increase from the 1st of May 2025.

How Our Rates Work

Here at Stoney Peak Pet Lodge we run under the same system as a motel. In the event that your pet stays past 10am you will be billed for another nights stay. Below is an example.

  • Charlie arrives on 1st April morning and goes home on the 2nd April afternoon. Charlie will be billed for 2 stays.

Please note: all prices are effective from 7/5/2024.

Payment Methods

We accept both cash and EFTPOS payments and internet banking prior to or upon your pets arrival.

Dropoff and Pickup Times

In order to not disrupt those pets that are staying with us we ask that you pick up and drop off your own pets either between 8 – 10AM or 4 – 6PM.  Strictly no drop offs or pickups are to take place outside of these hours.

Easter and Christmas Holidays

We require a 25% deposit to secure your booking.  It becomes non-refundable two weeks prior to your arrival date.  During the Christmas/New Year period we require a minimum stay of 10 days, as this is our peak period.

Surcharges for Public Holidays and Christmas Day

There is a daily surcharge of $8 per dog/$5 per cat, per day on public holidays.  On Christmas day there is a surcharge of $15 for both cats and dogs.
